Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Author Guidelines

International Journal of Engineering and Management Research welcomes submission of papers from around the world concerning branch of all  the Engineering and Management fields.

Submission of Article:

Authors are requested to submit full-text papers in (.doc or .docx) format at: "ijemr@vandanapublications.com" or "ijemrcontact@gmail.com". You can also submit your paper via Online  Submission.The editorial team will go through peer-review all submitted research papers and publications. When submitting your research papers/articles, please use the specific Template Paper.

File Size:

Unless absolutely required, no article should be more than 26 pages. The maximum file size for the MS Word format is 5 MB.

Language:

Articles should only be written in English; we do not process articles written in other languages.

Font:

Articles should be typed in single line spacing with the following font pattern:
Font type: Times New Roman
Size: 
For main heading or Title: 16 points and Bold 
For subtitles: 12 points, Bold & Uppar case
Content of article: 10 points. Abstract: 10 points, Bold, Upper case. Keywords: 10 points, Minimum 3

Submission Order:

The following order should be strictly followed while submitting the article:
1: Title of article, authors' names, authors' designation, authors' department name, authors' institutional / university name, corresponding author's email id.

2: Start with abstract of about 200-300 words exactly conveying the content of the article, Keywords (at least 3 words) Main content text with all tables and figures aligned in their location (do not send tables and figures separately unless requested), list of symbols and abbreviations, acknowledgement, references (follow standard format).

References should be the last part of the article following the below given format:

Images:

Tables should not contain images; instead, they should be copied and pasted into the appropriate area. The quality and size of the photograph should be adequate.

Tables:

The term Table should be numbered sequentially with Bold. The table width and cell sizes should be uniform, and all information should be centred. The number of tables should be specified over the tables. 

Mathematical Formula:

Create a formula in the Equation Editor and paste it into a line of normal text. As a result, number any equations that must be referred to in the text.

Copyright:

After their manuscript is accepted, authors will be required to provide a signed copy of the Copyright Transfer Form before it is published. 

Final Proof of the Paper:

Before publishing your paper online, we will provide you a final proof (in pdf format). You can examine the text, tables, and figures for typesetting, editing, completeness, and correction. If no response is received within 5 days, International Journal of Engineering and Management Research will proceed with the publishing of the work.
